Hi and Welcome!

I'm Trish Masson, a licensed LMT and certified massage therapist with the CAMTC (California Massage Therapy Council). I've lived in California for more than 30 years, and call San Diego California, North County beach areas my home. 

I absolutely love the outdoors, swimming at the ocean, body boarding, beach power walking/running and weight training.  I have always lived a conscious, healthy lifestyle. I'm a native of New Jersey, but my mind and body are all California and healthy living, leading me into other modalities to promote health and wellness to my clients.  This includes Massage Therapy, Assisted Stretch and Fitness Training.
